自编传统强身术对女性强制隔离戒毒人员心理健康的影响研究

Effect of Self-assembled Traditional Gymnastics Training on Mental Health of Female during Drug Rehabilitation in Compulsory Isolation

目的:验证自编传统强身术对女性强制隔离戒毒人员心理健康的影响效果,为女性强制隔离戒毒人员的日常身体活动和康复训练提供参考。方法:研究借助于症状自评量表,采用数据统计软件SPSS21.0对南部某女性强戒机构戒毒人员进行重复测量实验研究,验证强身术及常规康复训练对强戒人员心理健康的改善效果。结果:自编传统强身术与常规康复训练对女性强制戒毒人员的心理健康均有改善作用;相较常规康复训练,自编传统强身术对女性强制戒毒人员躯体化、抑郁、偏执、焦虑、敌对因子改善有显著效果。结论:自编传统强身术可以作为一种有效的干预手段在强戒所内进行推广。

Objective:To verify the effect of self-assembled traditional gymnastics training on the mental health of female compulsory isolation drug addicts and to provide a reference for daily physical activities and rehabilitation training for female compulsory isolation drug addicts.Methods:This study used a symptom self-assessment scale and the data statistical software SPSS21.0 to conduct a repeated measure experimental study on female detainees in a southern compulsory isolation institution to verify the effect of body strengthening techniques and conventional rehabilitation training on the mental health of the detainees.Results:Both the self-assembled traditional gymnastics training and the conventional rehabilitation training had beneficial effects on mental health of the female compulsory drug addicts;compared with the conventional rehabilitation training,the self-assembled traditional gymnastics training had significant impacts on the somatization,depression,paranoia,anxiety,and hostility factors of the female compulsory drug addicts.Conclusion:The self-assembled traditional gymnastics training can be used as an effective intervention in rehabilitation centers.
