全程产科护理干预在无保护会阴接生法中应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of obstetric nursing intervention in unprotected perineum delivery

目的评估无保护会阴接生期间全程产科护理的作用。方法以240例阴道分娩产妇为样本,各样本均行无保护会阴接生,入选后均抽签,有全程组和基础组,样本量均是120例,前者行全程产科护理,后者行基础产科护理,样本在2020年8月-2021年12月入选,统计产程时间,观察会阴损伤情况。结果统计各产程时间,检验后在全程组比基础组短(P<0.05)。统计会阴损伤情况,其中I度、II度损伤率经检验后在全程组(15.00%、10.00%)比基础组(32.50%、25.83%)低,且会阴侧切率在全程组(5.83%)比基础组(18.33%)低(P<0.05)。结论全程产科护理可有效减少会阴损伤事件,且能缩短产程,值得应用在无保护会阴接生中。

Objective To evaluate the effect of whole process obstetric nursing during unprotected perineal delivery.Methods 240 pregnant women in vaginal delivery were selected as samples.All samples were delivered without protection.After selection,lots were drawn.There were whole process group and basic group.The sample size was 120 cases.The former received whole process obstetric care and the latter received basic obstetric care.The samples were selected from August 2020 to December 2021.The time of labor process was counted and the perineal injury was observed.Results the time of each stage of labor was counted.After the test,the whole process group was shorter than the basic group(P<0.05).According to the statistics of perineal injury,the rate of degree I and degree II injury in the whole group(15.00%,10.00%)was lower than that in the basic group(32.50%,25.83%),and the rate of lateral resection of perineum in the whole group(5.83%)was lower than that in the basic group(18.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion the whole process obstetric nursing can effectively reduce perineal injury events and shorten the labor process.It is worthy to be applied in unprotected perineal delivery.
