三叶青中黄酮类化合物及其药理活性研究进展 被引量:3

Research progress of flavonoids in Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg and their pharmacological activities

摘要 三叶青(Tetratigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg)由于其药用价值显著而于2018年入选了新“浙八味”药材。三叶青中黄酮类化学成分含量较高,广泛存在于其块根、茎和叶中。从中分离鉴定的黄酮类化合物达53种,主要有黄酮类、黄酮醇类、黄烷类、二氢黄酮类、二氢黄酮醇类及异黄酮类等。对三叶青提取物化学成分及其药理学的深入研究表明,其含有的黄酮类化合物除能有效抑制肿瘤细胞外,还具有抗病毒、抗炎、免疫调节等药理作用。目前对三叶青黄酮类化合物以及其药理活性的研究仍具有较大空间,建议今后开展其化学成分与相关活性的进一步深入研究,以阐明其药效物质基础,进而全面开发黄酮类活性成分并推进其在临床应用的研究。 Due to its remarkable medicinal values,Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg was selected as a new"Zhe Bawei"medicinal material in 2018.Among the compounds,flavonoids are widely present in its roots,stems and leaves with relatively high contents.53 types of flavonoids have been isolated and identified from T.hemsleyanum,mainly including flavonoids,flavonols,flavans,dihydroflavonoids,dihydroflavonols,isoflavones and so on.The in-depth study of the chemical composition and related pharmacology of T.hemsleyanum extract indicated that,in addition to effectively inhibiting tumor cells,flavonoids also have antiviral,anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory and other pharmacological effects.So far,our knowledge of the flavonoids and their pharmacological activities in T.hemsleyanum is still largely limited.To fully develop the flavonoid active ingredients and further advance the research of T.hemsleyanum into clinical application,carrying out further research on their chemical components and related activities by elucidating the basis of the medicinal substances is recommended.
