基于O2O模式的图书馆智慧服务交互平台建构研究

在智慧图书馆建设过程中,服务理念和服务方式都在发生剧烈的变革。智慧服务一体化的研究,有助于图书馆进一步适应变化,寻求新的发展机遇。本文采用实地调研法和模型构建等方法,获取不同图书馆在新技术背景下开展的研究和实践,分析图书馆O2O智慧服务现存的问题,分析智慧图书馆线上功能需求,构建O2O智慧服务概念模型,设计图书馆交互平台的体验层次结构。研究表明:建立基于O2O模式的智慧图书馆创新服务体系,有助于最大化有效利用馆藏资源,延伸图书馆整体服务领域,切实促进图书馆转型发展。

In the process of building smart library,the service concept and service mode are undergoing drastic changes.The research on the integration of smart service will help the library to adapt to the changes and seek new development opportunities.Using the methods of field investigation and model construction,this paper obtains the research and practice of different libraries under the background of new technology,and analyzes the existing problems of O2 O library smart service,the online functional requirements,the construction of O2 O intelligent service concept model,and the experience hierarchy of library interactive platform.The research shows that the establishment of the innovative service system of the smart library based on O2 O mode is helpful to maximize the effective use of collection resources,extend the overall service field of library,and effectively promote the transformation and development of library.
