益气活血化痰开窍法治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床观察

Clinical Observation on Benefiting Qi for Activating Blood Circulation and Eliminating Phlegm for Resuscitation Method in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的主要针对急性缺血性脑卒中患者使用益气活血化痰开窍法进行治疗,以便为临床找到最佳治疗手段提供借鉴。方法选择近一年来接受治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者120例,将其随机分组进行试验,对照组使用一般的治疗方法,治疗组则采用中药疗法即益气活血化痰开窍法辅以治疗。对治疗情况进行判断。结果刚入院患者的NIHSS评分2组之间基本一致,无差异。在治疗1周后均有一些改观,在治疗2周后2组患者的评分情况有较大差距,治疗组要好于对照组,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过不同治疗手段后,治疗组的最终有效率远远高于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用益气活血化痰开窍法治疗后的患者不论是神经功能的恢复还是疗效情况均有很大程度的改善,这种治疗手段是可以在临床推广应用的。

Objective This article mainly aims at treating acute ischemic stroke patients by supplementing qi,promoting blood circulation,eliminating phlegm and inducing resuscitation,so as to provide reference for finding the best treatment method in clinic.Methods 120 patients with acute ischemic stroke received treatment in our hospital in the past year were randomly divided into two groups for tests.The control group was treated with general treatment methods,while the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine therapy,namely,benefiting qi for activating blood circulation and eliminating phlegm for resuscitation method.The effect was evaluated.Results NIHSS scores of newly admitted patients were basically the same between the two groups,and there had no difference.After 1 week of treatment,there was some improvement.After 2 weeks of treatment,there was a big difference in the score between the two groups.The treatment group was better than the control group,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).After different treatment methods,the final effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients treated with benefiting qi for activating blood circulation and eliminating phlegm for resuscitation method have greatly improved their neurological function recovery and curative effect,and this treatment method can be widely applied in clinical practice.
