小柴胡汤合化肝煎治疗胃食管反流病临床观察

Discussion on the Therapeutic Effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction Combined with Huagang Decoction in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的探讨小柴胡汤合化肝煎加减治疗胃食管反流病的疗效。方法选择2017年10月—2018年12月治疗的胃食管反流病患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组给予西药方法治疗,观察组给予小柴胡汤合化肝煎加减治疗,治疗后对患者治疗效果进行评估,比较2组治疗前后中医病症积分,治疗效果以及半年后的复发率。结果2组治疗前胃灼热、反酸、嗳气评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后胃灼热、反酸、嗳气的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总治愈率(95.00%)明显高于对照组(72.50%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗结束半年后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小柴胡汤合化肝煎加减治疗胃食管反流病,可以标本兼治,提高对胃食管反流病的治愈率,减少治疗后的复发率,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with Huagang decoction on gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods 80 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease treated from October 2017 to December 2018 were selected as objects.The random number table was used.They were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Xiaochaihu decoction combined with Huagan decoction.After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the patients was evaluated,and the TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and recurrence rate six months later were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of pre-treatment heartburn,acid regurgitation and belching between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement of heartburn,acid regurgitation and belching in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall cure rate of the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.50%)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaochaihu decoction combined with Huagang decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease can treat both symptoms and root causes,improve the cure rate of gastroesophageal reflux disease,reduce the recurrence rate after treatment,and improve the quality of life of patients,so it is worth popularizing and applying.
