大株红景天联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并心衰临床研究

Research on the Therapeutic Effect of Rhodiola Sachalinensis Combined with Trimetazidine on Coronary Heart Disease with Heart Failure

目的探讨大株红景天联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并心衰的临床疗效。方法将2017年4月—2018年12月接受治疗的100例冠心病合并心衰患者,根据治疗方法分为常规组(采取常规β受体阻滞剂等药物治疗,50例)和联合组(常规组基础上应用大株红景天联合曲美他嗪治疗,50例)。比较2组患者临床疗效,心衰纠正时间,治疗前后患者LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD、生活质量评分,住院费用,不良反应发生情况。结果联合组临床疗效、心衰纠正时间、LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD、生活质量评分优于常规组,P<0.05;2组住院费用和不良反应发生率无明显差异,P>0.05。结论冠心病合并心衰患者在常规β受体阻滞剂治疗基础上应用大株红景天联合曲美他嗪治疗效果明显,可有效改善患者心功能和生活质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Rhodiola officinalis combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure treated in our hospital from April 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into routine group(treatment withβblockers,50 cases)and combined group(Rhodiola dahurica combined with trimetazidine on the basis of routine group,50 cases).The clinical efficacy,corrective time of heart failure,hospitalization expenses,LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD and quality of life scores before and after treatment,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy,heart failure correction time,LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD and quality of life scores in the combined group were better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hospitalization expenses and incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusions The therapeutic effect of Rhodiola dahurica combined with trimetazidine on coronary heart disease with heart failure is obvious.It can effectively improve the heart function and quality of life of patients,and has clinical popularization value.
