PDCA循环管理模式在呼吸监护室基数药品管理中的应用

Application of PDCA cycle in base medicine management in respiratory intensive care unit

目的探讨PDCA持续质量改进模式在呼吸监护室(RICU)基数药品管理中的应用价值。方法通过PDCA循环管理方法对RICU基数药管理当前存在的问题进行分析,制定改善计划,实施计划,并对改进项目前后的数据对比进行检查,针对结果寻找进一步改善空间。结果智能化药品管理柜使用后,RICU的退药品种由(6.65±0.85)种减少至(4.29±0.55)种,夜间紧急取药次数由(2.09±0.19)次减少至(0.55±0.14)次,夜间紧急取药品种由(4.84±0.58)种降至(0.71±0.19)种,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论在RICU基数药品管理中实施PDCA持续质量改进,不仅使管理更加科学,还提高了工作效率,而且能确保重症患者用药的安全性和及时性。

Objective uous quality improvement model in the management of respiratory intensive care unit(RICU).Through quality improvement,the management of ward base medicine is more standardized,and the drug safety of patients is guaranteed.Methods method,the current problems of RICU drug management were analyzed,the improvement plan was developed and put into action,the data comparison of before and after the improvement project was checked,and the space for further improvement was found according to the outcome.Results number of varieties in RICU decreased from(6.65±0.85)to(4.29±0.55)species(P<0.05),and the number of emergency drug withdrawals and varieties in the ward decreased accordingly,from(2.09±0.19)(4.84±0.58)species were reduced to(0.71±0.19)species(P<0.01).Conclusion quality improvement in the management of the RICU base medicine and the use of intelligent management equipment not only make management more scientific,but also ensure the clinical use of drugs,improve work efficiency,ensure the safety and timeliness of medication for critically ill patients.
