摘要
目的:探讨鼻内镜手术联合甲泼尼龙对鼻息肉患者嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数及复发率的影响。方法:选择在我院诊的鼻息肉患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组行鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组在此基础上加用甲泼尼龙治疗,比较两组鼻黏膜功能、黏膜内EOS计数及复发情况。结果:术后两组鼻黏液纤毛清除速度、鼻黏膜清除率升高,且观察组比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3,6个月时,观察组EOS计数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后随访6个月,观察组复发率2.50%(1/40)低于对照组20.00%(8/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻息肉患者采用鼻内镜手术联合甲泼尼龙治疗的效果较好,可有效改善其鼻黏膜功能,降低EOS计数,减少疾病复发。
Objective:To investigate the effects of nasal endoscopy combined with methylprednisolone on eosinophil count(EOS)count and recurrence rate in patients with nasal polyps.Methods:80 patients with nasal polyps who were treated in our hospital were randomized into two groups,each with 40 patients.The control group underwent nasal endoscopic surgery,while the observation group were treated with methylprednisolone on the basis of the treatment given to the control group.The nasal mucosal function,intramucosal EOS count,and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:After surgery,the nasal mucociliary clearance rate and nasal mucosa clearance rate of the two groups increased,and the clearance rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after operation,the EOS count in the observation group were lower than that of the control group,which was of statistical significance(P<0.05).The patients had been followed up for 6 months after operation,and it was found that the recurrence rate in the observation group was 2.50%(1/40)lower than 20.00%(8/40)in the control group,which was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic surgery combined with methylprednisolone have better effects on patients with nasal polyps,which can effectively improve their nasal mucosal function,lower EOS count,and reduce disease recurrence.
