应用Nd-YAG激光探通泪道阻塞并环形置管的疗效

Effect of application of Nd-YAG laser to probing lacrimal duct obstruction and annular catheterization

目的:应用Nd-YAG激光探通泪道阻塞并环形置管治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效。方法:选取130例130眼泪道阻塞患者,按治疗方式不同分组,观察组行激光泪道探通并环形置管术治疗65例65眼,对照组行激光泪道探通治疗65例65眼,比较两组患者临床疗效和术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率92.31%高于对照组73.85%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为4.62%,低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05)。结论:应用激光探通泪道并环形管置术治疗泪道阻塞患者可提高临床疗效,减少术后并发症。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Nd-YAG laser on probing lacrimal duct obstruction and loop tube placement.Methods:A total of 130 patients with lacrimal duct obstruction diagnosed were selected.According to different treatment methods,65 eyes in 65 patients were treated with laser probing lacrimal duct probing and annular catheterization in the observation group,while another 65 eyes in 65 patients were treated with only laser probing lacrimal duct in the control group.The clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%,higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.62%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction by laser probing and annular catheterization can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce postoperative complications of patients.
