MDT术前访视在不稳定型心绞痛患者桡动脉入路PCI术围手术期中的应用

Application of MDT preoperative visit in the perioperative period of PCI via radial artery in patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的:探究多学科团队协作(MDT)术前访视在不稳定型心绞痛患者桡动脉入路经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI术)围手术期中的应用效果。方法:行不稳定型心绞痛桡动脉入路PCI术患者92例,根据入院顺序分2组,每组46例。对照组给予常规术前访视,观察组给予MDT术前访视。比较两组术后满意度、术前访视前、后状态—特质焦虑量表(STAI)评分及术前访视前后、术中、术后心率、动脉压。结果:术前访视后观察组STAI评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术前访视后、术中、术后心率、动脉压较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组术后满意度93.5%,高于对照组的76.1%(P<0.05)。结论:MDT术前访视应用于不稳定型心绞痛患者的桡动脉入路PCI术围手术期具有更好的效果。

Objective: To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary team collaboration(MDT)preoperative visit in the perioperative period of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods: 92 patients with unstable angina pectoris underwent PCI via radial artery. According to the order of admission, they were divided into two groups, 46 in each group. The control group was given routine preoperative visit, and the observation group was given MDT preoperative visit. The postoperative satisfaction, preoperative and postoperative state trait anxiety inventory(STAI)scores, preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative heart rate and arterial pressure were compared between the two groups. Results: The STAI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate and arterial pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of the control group was 76.1%, lower than 93.5% of the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion: MDT preoperative visit in unstable angina pectoris patients with radial artery approach PCI perioperative period has a better effect.
