行车振动数据空间状态标准化测量方法

摘要 为了研究路面平整度与行车振动数据之间的关系,通过开展行车试验,获得行车振动数据,提取最佳振动数据特征指标,建立振动指标与位置的关系模型,实现行车振动数据空间状态标准化测量方法。利用振动加速度传感器和专用平整度检测设备开展行车试验,对所采集的不同频率、不同空间位置的行车振动数据变化规律进行研究,明确最佳采集频率,筛选能够描述路面平整度的振动指标,建立行车振动数据空间状态标准化测量方法,并对标准化测量方法进行验证。经过分析与验证,证明振动加速度传感器采集频率为10 Hz是行车振动数据最佳采集频率;明确了车辆内部行车振动数据规律;借助比例函数对行车振动数据进行标准化。本方法能够使不同位置行车振动数据得到统一,提高了行车振动数据的利用效率。 To study the relation between road roughness and traffic vibration data,the traffic vibration data was obtained through traffic test.The best vibration data feature index was extracted,and the relational model between vibration index and position was established to realize the standardized measurement method for spatial state of traffic vibration data.The traffic test was carried out by using vibration acceleration sensors and special roughness detection equipment.The variation rules of collected traffic vibration data with different frequencies and spatial locations were studied.The optimal acquisition frequency was defined.The vibration indexes were screened,which could describe the road roughness.The standardized measurement method for spatial state of traffic vibration data was established,and the method was verified.Through analysis and verification,it is proved that 10 Hz acquisition frequency of vibration acceleration sensor is the best acquisition frequency of traffic vibration data.The rule of traffic vibration data inside of vehicle is clarified.The traffic vibration data are standardized by means of rational function.This method can unify the traffic vibration data at different positions for improving the utilization efficiency of traffic vibration data.
