摘要 信息技术正在从促进教育发展的外在力量转变为内生动力,信息技术与教育的深度融合创新必然带来教育的重大结构性变革,在线教育作为一种新兴的教育形态正逐渐受到关注。相较于传统的线下教育,在线教育具备突破传统教育时空限制、促进优质教育资源共享、革新传统教育流程等优势,这使其在推进教育均衡发展、服务全民终身学习以及带动教育教学结构性变革中发挥着重要作用。新冠肺炎疫情以来,人们对教育的需求推动在线教育获得空前发展,但在线教育面临的学习者困境、教育质量困境和在线教育管理困境也饱受诟病。后疫情时代,要实现在线教育高质量发展,就必须构建线上线下融合的教育发展模式,推进技术教育化,同时还要形成政府引导、机构自治、行业自律、社会监督的治理新格局。 Information technology is changing from an external force that promotes the development of education to an endogenous power.The deep integration and innovation of information technology and education will inevitably bring about major structural changes in education.As an emerging form of education,online education is gradually attracting more attention.Compared with traditional offline education,online education has the advantages of overcoming the time and space constraints of traditional education,promoting the sharing of high-quality educational resources,and innovating traditional education processes.It therefore plays an important role in promoting the balanced development of education,providing lifelong learning for all,and driving the structural reform of education and teaching.Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic,the demand for education has forced online education to achieve unprecedented development.However,online education has also been criticized for the difficulties it faces in relation to students’learning experience,education quality,and online education management.To achieve high-quality development of online education in the post-pandemic era,it is necessary to build an education development model that integrates online and offline elements,promote technological education,and also create a new form of governance featuring government guidance,institutional autonomy,industry self-regulation,and social supervision.
