基于CiteSpace的我国食品安全犯罪研究知识图谱分析

Knowledge Graph Analyses of the Studies on China’s Food Safety Crimes Based on CiteSpace

为系统分析2008~2019年我国食品安全犯罪研究现状,聚焦发文数量、核心作者、机构及发文期刊,探讨我国食品安全犯罪研究领域的研究热点与发展趋势,运用CiteSpaceV知识图谱软件与文献计量方法对通过CNKI数据库检索出的166篇食品安全犯罪研究文献进行数据可视化分析。结果显示:我国食品安全犯罪研究自2008年起经历初探期、发展期、徘徊期三个发展阶段,已经形成了若干核心作者、研究机构及核心发文期刊。从研究热点来看,主要集中于刑事政策、刑事立法、刑事司法及犯罪治理四个方面;从研究趋势来看,我国食品安全犯罪研究经历初步建立、调整完善后进入了研究的深化阶段,并朝向多元化的研究方向发展。

In order to systematically analyze the research situation on food safety crimes in China from 2008 to 2019,this paper focuses on the number of the published articles,core authors,research institutions and journals,and discusses the hotspots and development trends in studies on China’s food safety crimes.The knowledge graph software of CiteSpaceV and the bibliometric method are applied to the visualized analysis of 166 research papers on food safety crimes,which are retrieved from CNKI database.The results show that,since 2008,the research on China’s food safety crimes has experienced three development periods:the preliminary period,the developing period and wandering period,during which a number of core authors,research institutions and core journals appeared.The research hotspots mainly cover the fields of criminal policy,criminal legislation,criminal justice and crime governance.In terms of the research trends,the research on China’s food safety crimes has entered the deepening period after the early beginning,adjustment and improvement periods,and is developing towards a diversified research direction.
