法理学课程教学困境与本科法学人才培养问题探讨 被引量:1

摘要 法理学作为法学本科专业基础理论课,在课程设置中,无论从课时量,还是该门课程的开设时间来评估,都表明了法理学作为法学教育主干课程在法学人才培养中的重要地位。然而现实情况是,各高校在法学本科生的法理学课程开设规划与教学模式上常常会陷入困境,最后导致该门课程的教学目标往往难以真正实现。立足于教学实践,完善教育理念,创新教学模式,改变教与学的困扰状态,是法学人才培养的客观需要。 Jurisprudence is a basic theoretical course for law majors at undergraduate level.In the curriculum setting,both the amount of class hours and the academic term it is offered have proved the important position of jurisprudence as a main course in the cultivation for law students.However,in reality,many colleges and universities often face predicaments in course setting plans and teaching mode for law undergraduates’jurisprudence course,so the teaching goals of this course cannot be achieved in most cases.Being based on teaching practice,perfecting educational concepts,innovating teaching models,and changing the troubled state of teaching and learning are the objective requirements for the cultivation of law students.
