基于GGE双标图对向日葵品种丰产性和稳定性的综合评价 被引量:5

Comprehensive evaluation of fertility and stability of sunflower varieties based on GGE-biplot

摘要 为了测试不同油用型向日葵品种的丰产性和稳定性以及各试验点的区分力和代表性,利用GGE双标图对我国油葵主产区12个试点的11个品种的产量、茎粗、株高和籽仁率进行综合分析评价。结果表明:基因型(G)、环境(E)及基因型与环境的互作效应(GE)对产量都有极显著影响(P<0.01),其中E和GE是引起产量变异的主要原因,两者分别占总变异的84.84%和8.35%。利用GGE双标图模型分析可知,高产稳产品种中表现最好的是‘LJ199’,其次是‘NK175’和‘LKZ18-1’,它们都适合在沈阳和公主岭等类似地区推广种植,‘NK50’也具有较高的产量和稳定性且在甘南县、兰州市和汾阳市等类似地区的适应性较好;综合区分力和代表性,最理想的试点为公主岭。兰州市、呼和浩特和乌鲁木齐分别是茎粗、株高和籽仁率最理想的试点。文中初步确定了适合在不同生态环境下种植的向日葵品种,为品种推广及后续区域试验提供了理论依据。 In order to test the high yielding and stability of different sunflower varieties for main oil use producing areas in China,as well as the representativeness and discrimination of the test regions,this study used the GGE biplot model to analyze and evaluate the yield,stem diameter,plant height and seed kernel percentage of 11 sunflower varieties in 12 different test regions.The results showed that genotype(G),environment(E)and the interaction between genotype and environment(GE)had significant effects on yield(P<0.01),among which E and GE were the main causes of yield variation,accounting for 84.84%and 8.35%of the total variation,respectively.According to the GGE biplot model,among the high and stable yield varieties,‘LJ199’had the best performance,followed by‘NK175’and‘LKZ18-1’,and all of them were suitable for planting in Shenyang,Gongzhuling and other similar areas.‘NK50’also had high yield and stability,which had good adaptability in Gannan,Lanzhou and Fenyang.Concerning the discrimination and representativeness,Gongzhuling was the most ideal test region.Lanzhou,Hohhot and Urumqi were the most ideal test regions for stem diameter,plant height and seed kernel percentage respectively.In this study,the sunflower varieties suitable for planting in different ecological environments were preliminarily determined,and it could provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of varieties and subsequent regional experiments.
