加入合作社对粮农绿色生产技术采纳行为的影响效应与驱动机制研究 被引量:22

Effect of joining cooperatives on grain grower’s behavior of green production technology adoption and driving mechanism

摘要 推动粮农采纳绿色生产技术是落实国家“藏粮于地,藏粮于技”战略的现实需要。借助调研数据,基于绿色农产品市场溢价和技术采纳成本视角,实证分析了加入合作社对粮农绿色生产技术采纳行为的影响效应与驱动机制。研究发现:1)绿色生产技术对粮农的重要性依次为测土配方施肥技术、绿色防控技术、深松耕作技术、节水灌溉技术、新品种技术、秸秆还田技术。2)加入合作社能显著提高粮农绿色生产技术的采纳程度,提升幅度约为27.16%,且对技术密集型生产环节的提升效果尤为明显。3)提升绿色农产品市场溢价和降低技术采纳成本是合作社引导粮农采纳绿色生产技术的中介路径;具体表现为,合作社通过拓宽销售渠道和增加产品市场辨识度可使产品价格每公斤上涨0.152元,通过集体购买生产资料、组织技术培训和申请政策补贴可使技术采纳成本亩均降低86元。 Promoting grain growers to adopt green production technology is the practical need of implementing the national strategy of"storing grain in land and storing grain in technology".Based on the research data and from the perspective of market premium of green agricultural products and technology adoption cost,we empirically analyzed the effect of joining cooperatives on green production technology adoption behavior of grain growers and driving mechanism.The results show that:1)The importance of green production technology to grain growers is soil testing and formula fertilization technology,green prevention and control technology,subsowing tillage technology,water-saving irrigation technology,new variety technology,straw incorporation technology.2)Joining the cooperatives can significantly improve the adoption degree of green production technology by 27.16%,and the improvement effect is particularly obvious for technology-intensive production links.3)Increasing the market premium of green agricultural products and reducing the cost of technology adoption are the intermediary paths for cooperatives to guide grain growers to adopt green production technologies.Specifically,cooperatives can increase the product price by 0.152 yuan/kg by expanding sales channels and increasing product market identification,and reduce the cost of technology adoption by 86 yuan per mu through collective purchasing of production materials,organizing technical training and applying for policy subsidies.
