摘要
从公园城市示范区以人为本的核心营城理念出发,利用游客网络评论数据和自然语言处理技术,分析得到成都公园游客游览体验整体较好,主要存在4种基础“耍法”和4种特色“耍法”,并且成都游客更加关注公园的设施设备、动物植物、出行条件、景观环境的结论。根据主要“关注”要素对应量化评估指标的相关性分析结果构建其公园效益评估指标体系进行评估。结果表明,成都公园整体效益较好,但应考虑在停车设施、公共交通服务水平、纳凉环境营造、文创业态载体、商业业态植入、服务水平等方面进行优化改善。
Based on the people-oriented core concept of park city demonstration area,using visitors'online review data and natural language processing technology,the study analyzed and found that Chengdu park tourists have a relatively high overall experience,mainly four basic"playing methods"and four characteristic"playing methods",and Chengdu tourists pay more attention to the park's facilities and equipment,animals and plants,travel conditions,and landscape environment.Based on the correlation analysis results of the quantitative evaluation indicators corresponding to the main"focus"elements,a park benefit evaluation index system is constructed,and evaluated using Chengdu as an example.The results indicate that the overall efficiency of Chengdu park is good,but optimization and improvement should be considered in areas such as parking facilities,public transportation service levels,creating a cool environment,cultural and entrepreneurial carriers,commercial formats implantation,and service levels.
