摘要
目的:探究高粱根中各流分体外抗血小板聚集活性作用,并对活性流分进行HPLC分析。方法:运用不同分离材料及溶剂,从高粱根中洗脱不同部位,浓缩得到不同流分浸膏,以二磷酸腺苷、凝血酶、胶原蛋白三种诱导剂诱导血小板体外聚集,测定5 min内各流分对血小板聚集抑制率的影响来评价其体外抗血小板聚集活性。结果:筛选出BES-M30%与WEAE-M30%流分具有显著的体外抗血小板聚集活性,血小板聚集最大抑制率分别达到41.56±1.17%与51.19±4.43%。结论:本研究筛选出高粱根中的活性流分,可为高粱根高值化开发利用奠定基础。
Objective:To explore the anti-platelet aggregation activity of each fraction of sorghum root in vitro,and analyze the active fractions by HPLC.Methods:Using different separation materials and solvents,different parts of sorghum root were eluted,and different fractions were obtained by concentration.As the inducers,the adenosine diphosphate,thrombin,and collagen were used to induce platelet aggregation in vitro.The measurement was carried out in 5 minutes.The effects of internal fractions on platelet aggregation inhibition rate were used to evaluate its anti-platelet aggregation activity in vitro.Results:The BES-M30%and WEAE-M30%fractions were screened to have significant in vitro anti-platelet aggregation activity,and the maximum platelet aggregation inhibition rate reached 41.56±1.17%and 51.19±4.43%,respectively.Conclusion:This study screened out the active fractions in sorghum roots,which can lay the foundation for the high-value development and utilization of sorghum roots.
