摘要
高浓度有机化工废水是COD含量很高,色度很深,含有较多的难降解物质,B/C比低,具有较强的腐蚀性,对环境污染大,直接生化处理困难的化工废水。如造纸废水、焦化废水、制药废水、印染废水、炼油废水、纺织废水等就是一些典型的高COD废水,化学需氧量能达到20000mg/L到30000mg/L之间。如何对其进行有效的处理,一直是众多国内外科研工作者研究的热点和难点。本文例举了几种重要的处理工艺技术,包括Fenton氧化法、微电解技术、混凝沉淀法、高级氧化法等。采用这些工艺处理或者与生化组合工艺来处理,可以使高COD废水达到排放要求。
High concentration organic chemical wastewater refers to the chemical wastewater with poor water quality,high COD,deep chromatism,containing more refractory substances,low B/C ratio,strong corrosivity,large environmental pollution and direct biochemical treatment difficulties.This kind of chemical wastewater mainly comes from papermaking wastewater,coking wastewater,pharmaceutical wastewater,printing and dyeing wastewater,oil refining wastewater,textile wastewater.Their chemical oxygen demand can reach 20000 mg/L to 30000 mg/L.How to deal with it effectively has been a hot spot and difficulty for many researchers at home and abroad.The paper mainly introduces several targeted processing technologies,including Fenton oxidation,microelectrolysis,coagulation and precipitation,advanced oxidation.Using these processes or combined with biochemical processes,the high COD wastewater can been treated and meet the discharge requirements.
