协同创新视阈下的高校文科科研管理体制变革:理论模型与制度建设

The Reform of the Management System of Philosophy and Social Science in Colleges and Universities under the Vision of Collaborative Innovation: Theoretical Model and System Construction

创新是哲学社会科学发展的永恒主题,高校是哲学社会科学创新的主阵地,而哲学社会科学创新的多个面向和维度需要多方协同才能实现。当前高校文科科研管理体制变革的核心就在于将影响哲学社会科学创新的多重因素与创新的多个面向和维度更好地协同起来。基于此,构建了文科科研管理体制变革的四维模型,指出要构建能够充分反映社会需求的弹性组织管理体系,形成同行评价、市场评价和社会评价并行的发展型考核评价体系,以充分实现社会需求与人的发展的有效联结,进而推动哲学社会科学研究的创新发展。

Innovation is the eternal theme of the development of philosophy and social science.Colleges and universities are the main positions of philosophy and social science innovation.However,many aspects and dimensions of the innovation of philosophy and social science need multi-party coordination.The core of the reform of the management system of philosophy and social science in colleges and universities is to better coordinate the multiple factors that affect the innovation and the multiple dimensions and dimensions of innovation.Based on this,this paper constructs a four-dimensional model of the reform of the management system of philosophy and social science in colleges and universities,the paper points out that it is necessary to construct a flexible organization management system which can fully reflect the social needs,to form a developmental assessment system which includes peer assessment,market assessment and social assessment,to fully realize the social needs and human development effective connection,and then promote the innovation and development of philosophy and social science research.
