基于SNA的建设工程承包商履约行为选择的关键影响因素研究

Research on the Key Influencing Factors of Contract Performance Behavior on Construction Project Based on SNA

建设工程承包商履约行为直接关系到合同履约率和项目绩效的实现。识别承包商履约行为的关键影响因素对建设项目合同履约治理至关重要。通过梳理影响承包商履约行为的28个因素,利用社会网络分析方法构建了影响承包商履约行为的关系网络模型,并分析核心要素在网络中的地位、影响力。研究表明,承包商履约行为影响因素间存在着紧密联系,其中影响承包商履约行为的关键因素,主要为合同的柔性、适应性条款清晰度、建设方的合作态度、差序氛围、给承包商的公平感知以及实现项目顺利实施的资源完备性等。最后,根据研究结果建议建设方应从加强合作态度、公平感知方面激励承包商履约行为,同时强化外部环境识别与应对,最终实现建设工程项目高效履约。

The performance behavior of construction contractors is directly related to the realization of contract performance rate and project performance.Identifying the key influencing factors of contractor’s performance behavior is very important to the governance of construction project contract performance.By combing the 28 factors affecting the Contractor’s performance behavior,the relationship network model affecting the Contractor’s performance behavior is constructed by using the social network analysis method,and the status and influence of the core elements in the network are analyzed.On the surface of the research,there is a close relationship between the influencing factors of the Contractor’s performance behavior.The key factors affecting the Contractor’s performance behavior are mainly the flexibility of the contract,the clarity of adaptive terms,the cooperation attitude of the construction party,the poor order atmosphere,the fair perception to the contractor,and the resource completeness to realize the smooth implementation of the project.Finally,according to the research results,it is suggested that the construction party should strengthen the cooperation attitude and fair perception to encourage the Contractor’s performance behavior,and strengthen the identification and response of the external environment,so as to finally realize the efficient performance of the construction project.
