微凸底盘造口袋联合宽胶带在造口回缩患儿中的应用效果

The Efficacy of Stoma-bag with mini-raised Bottom Combined with Wide Rubberized Tape Applied in the Pediatric Patients Suffered from Stoma-Retracted

目的:探讨微凸底盘造口袋联合宽胶带在造口回缩患儿中的应用效果。方法:将60例造口回缩患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组应用常规一件式平面底盘造口袋收集造口粪便,观察组应用两件式微凸底盘造口袋收集造口粪便并用宽胶带封边固定。比较1个月后2组患儿造口袋更换频率(每个造口袋平均使用时间)、造口周围皮肤DET评分及造口周围刺激性皮炎发生情况。结果:观察组每个造口袋平均使用时间明显长于对照组,造口周围皮肤DET评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05;2组刺激性皮炎发生率比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:微凸底盘造口袋联合宽胶带应用于造口回缩患儿,虽未明显降低造口周围刺激性皮炎的发生率,但可改善造口周围皮肤状态,降低造口袋更换频率,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the application efficacy of stoma-bag with mini-raised bottom plus wide rubberized tape(WRT)in the pediatric patients(PP)suffered from stoma-retracted.Methods Randomly divided 60 cases with stoma-retracted treated in author’s hospital into control group(30 cases,still using the stoma-bag with routine disposable plat-bottom to collect stool)and observation group(30 cases,stoma-bag with mini-raised bottom plus WRT for stabilizing it);Then,compared both groups’following items such as after one month PP’s changed frequecies of stoma-bag((1)averaged used time/bag),(2)DET score ratings on the skin around stoma,and(3)status on the incidence of irritant dermatitis around stoma.Results In(1)and(2)observation group was respectively longer,and lower than control group(P<0.05);in(3)there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Stoma-bag with mini-raised bottom plus WRT applied in the PP with stoma-retracted can improve the situation of skin around stoma,reduce changed frequencies,which is worthy for clinical using.
