综合性护理干预在多切口肛瘘术后的应用效果观察

Efficacy Observation of a Combined Nursing Applied after Multi-incision Surgery for Anal Fistula

目的:观察综合性护理干预在多切口肛瘘术后的应用效果。方法:将160例多切口肛瘘患者随机分为常规组和观察组,每组80例。常规组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用综合性护理干预,比较2组患者肛门疼痛及创口渗液、肛门功能及术后并发症发生情况。结果:术前1d,2组患者肛门疼痛及创口渗液评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后7d,观察组患者肛门疼痛及创口渗液评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。术前1d,Ridit=0.514,2组患者肛门功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后7d,Ridit=0.013,2组患者肛门功能比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:多切口肛瘘术后采用综合性护理干预可减轻患者肛门疼痛、减少创口渗液及改善肛门功能,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To observe the efficacy of a combined nursing intervention applied after multi-incision surgery for anal fistula.Methods Randomly divided 160 anal fistula patients undergoing multi-incision surgery in authors’hospital into routine group(80 cases,received routine nursing intervention)and observation group(80 cases,the combined nursing intervention);then,compared patients’proctagia,exudate from wound,anal function,and incidence of postoperative complication between the two groups.Results At 1 day before surgery in the rating on proctalgia and wound exudate there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but at 7 days after surgery the above-mentioned ratings of observation group were lower than that of routine group(P<0.05);at 1 day before surgery Ridit=0.514,in anal function there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but at 7 days after surgery,Ridit=0.013,there was statistical difference in anal function between the two groups(P<0.05),the complication incidence of observation group was lower than that of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion After multi-incision anal fistula surgery the combined nursing intervention on patients can relieve proctalgia,reduce exudate from wound,and improve anal function,and decrease complication.
