曲伏前列素滴眼液对原发性开角型青光眼患者眼压、眼部血流动力学及不良反应的影响

Effects of travoprost eye drops on intraocular pressure, ocular hemodynamics and adverse reactions in patients with primary open angle glaucoma

目的:探讨曲伏前列素滴眼液对原发性开角型青光眼患者眼压、眼部血流动力学及不良反应的影响。方法:选取2015年1月~2018年1月于我院门诊就诊的102例原发性开角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(51例)与对照组(51例),观察组采用曲伏前列素滴眼液,对照组采用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液,比较两组患者的眼压、昼夜眼压差、眼部血流动力学指标以及不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者的眼压、昼夜眼压差均无统计学差异;治疗1个月、治疗3个月后,两组患者的眼压均比治疗前降低,且观察组治疗3个月后的眼压低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义;治疗1个月、治疗3个月后,两组患者的昼夜眼压差均比治疗前降低,且观察组治疗3个月后的昼夜眼压差低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义。治疗前,两组患者的收缩期峰值血流速度(peak systolic velocity,PSA)、舒张末期血流速度(end diastolic velocity,EDV)、血管阻力指数(resistance index,RI)均无统计学差异;治疗3个月后,观察组的PSA、EDV均较治疗前升高,且高于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义;治疗3个月后,观察组的RI较治疗前降低,且低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义。两组患者结膜充血、睫毛增粗增长、虹膜色素加深、异物感的发生率均无统计学差异。结论:曲伏前列素滴眼液可有效降低原发性开角型青光眼患者的眼压,改善眼部血流动力学,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of travoprost eye drops on intraocular pressure,ocular hemodynamics and adverse reactions in patients with primary open angle glaucoma.Methods From January 2015 to January 2018,102 patients with primary open angle glaucoma were randomly divided into observation group(51 cases)and control group(51 cases).The observation group was Travoprost Eye Drops,while the control group was Timolol Maleate Eye Drops.Intraocular pressure,diurnal intraocular pressure difference,ocular hemodynamics and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in intraocular pressure and diurnal intraocular pressure(IOP)between the two groups.One month after treatment and three months after treatment,the intraocular pressure of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the intraocular pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at the same time after three months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant.One month after treatment and three months after treatment,the diurnal intraocular pressure difference between the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the diurnal intraocular pressure difference of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after three months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PSA,EDV and RI between the two groups.Three months after treatment,PSA and EDV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Three months after treatment,the RI of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of conjunctival congestion,enlarged eyelashes,deepened iris pigment and foreign body sensation between the two groups.Conclusion Travoprost eye drops can effectively reduce intraocular pressure and improve ocular hemodynamics in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma.It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
