浅谈当代居民的生活方式与高密度社区生活空间的塑造——以新加坡典型高密度住宅"达士岭"组屋为例

The Research on the Relationship between the Living Space in Contemporary High-density Community and the People's Lifestyle: A Case Study on the Pinnacle@Duxton in Singapore

文章从分析"人与人"的社会行为出发,进而讨论"人与空间"之间相辅相成的需求关系,并结合空间塑造对人的社会行为影响,探析居民的生活方式对空间的诉求.新加坡"达士岭"组屋为高密度集群社区空间的典型案例,通过对达士岭居民生活与其社区空间关系的研究,总结出达士岭组屋模式的成功之处,以期为当下中国高密度社区生活空间的塑造以及品质的提升提供一定的借鉴意义.

This paper first analyses the social behavior of“people and people”,then discusses the mutually reinforcing demand relationship between“people and space”,and taking into consideration of the influence of space making on people’s social behavior,analyzes the appeal to space under residents’lifestyle.The Pinnacle@Duxton in Singapore is a typical case of high-density cluster community space.By analyzing the relationship between the Pinnacle@Duxton residents’living and their community space,it reveals what kind of living space can be used to improve residents’living in a high-density cluster living environment.Furthermore,it explores whether developing module of the Pinnacle@Duxton can provide a certain reference for creating the comfortable living space in the current high-density community in China and enhancing the quality of high-density living space.
