摘要
牡佳客专设计时速250 km,采用有砟轨道,路基基床底层采用了非冻胀AB组料.非冻胀AB组料需严格控制细颗粒的占比,在细粒含量减少之后,填料碎石成分占比增大,总体呈现松散状态,在施工过程中压实效果差,个别部位细颗粒集中,填料粗细颗粒比例不均匀,压实指标不稳定.为保证工程质量,项目部通过在土场设置破碎设备,将符合硬度要求的填料进行破碎并分级筛分,筛分完成后根据不同粒径的占比进行掺配,并在运输和现场施工过程中采取一系列措施进行控制,取得了较好的施工效果.
Mudanjiang Jiamusi Passenger Dedicated Line was a ballasted track with non-frost-heave AB material at subgrade bed bottom,which was designed with a speed of 250 km/h.The non-frost-heave AB material should strictly be controlled in the proportion of fine particles.After the decrease of the content of fine particles,the proportion of fller macadam increased,and generally presented a loose state.During the construction process,the compaction effect was poor,the fine particles in individual parts were concentrated,the proportion of coarse and fine particles in fller was not uniform,and the compaction index was unstable.In order to ensure the qualty,the project department would set up the equipment in the soil yard to crush and classify the fillers that met the hardness requirements.After the screening,the blending would be carried out according to the proportion of different particle sizes.In addition,a series of measures were taken to control the transportation and on-site construction,and good construction results were achieved.
