摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)、碳酸钠和新型功能单体为主要原料,利用胶束共聚法合成了一种新型的水溶性耐温耐盐聚丙烯酰胺产品,通过红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,证实了抗盐基团成功接到了AM分子上.对合成的聚合物和炼化公司生产的普通中分和抗盐部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)的溶液性能进行了对比研究,结果表明,合成的聚合物产品比中分和抗盐聚合物具有更优良的增粘性、耐温耐盐性、粘弹性、剪切稀释性和长期稳定性,对于油田新型驱油剂的研发具有重要价值.
A novelwater-soluble polyacrylamide product was synthesized from acrylamide(AM),sodium carbonate and a new functional monomer by micellar copolymerization in this study,the structure of the product was characterized by Infrared Spectroscopy(IR)that confirmed the salt-resistant group was successfully connected to AM molecules.The comparative aqueous properties of the synthetic polymer,common polymers with medium molecular weight and salt-resistance polyacrylamide(HPAM)produced by Daqing Refining and Chemical Company were studied as well,the results showed that the synthetic polymer had better performance in viscosification,temperature and salt resistance,viscoelasticity,shear dilution and long-term stability than common polymers,which is very important for the research and development of new oil displacement agent.
