早期康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及日常生活能力的影响

The effect of early rehabilitation treatment on limb function and daily living ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的:探究早期康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法:在2021年1月-2023年1月,对80例确诊的脑卒中偏瘫患者进行分组实验。40例患者纳入观察组中接受早期康复治疗;40例接受常规治疗记录为对照组。观察患者的肢体功能及日常生活能力。结果:治疗前两组Barthel评分不存在明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组患者治疗前的Fugl-Meyer评分差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的评分更优(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中偏瘫患者及时采取早期康复治疗措施,对于患者的病情控制和身心健康有较大益处。

Objective:To explore the impact of early rehabilitation treatment on limb function and daily living ability of stroke hemiplegic patients.Method:From January 2021 to January 2023,80 patients with diagnosis of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia grouping experiments.40 patients into the observation group received early rehabilitation treatment;40 patients who underwent conventional treatment records for the control group.Observe the patien'ts limbs function and daily life ability.Result:Two groups before treatment Barthel score does not exist significant difference(P>0.05),the observation group is better than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05);The observation group and control group patients before treatment Fugl-Meyer score difference is not obvious(P>0.05),score better observation group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:For stroke patients with hemiplegia early rehabilitation treatment measures in time,for the patient control and physical and mental health has great benefits.
