经子宫动脉化疗栓塞术联合清宫术治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠患者的围手术指标及疗效分析

Analysis of Perioperative Indexes and Curative Effect of Uterine Arterial Chemoembolization Combined with Hysterectomy for Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

目的:分析经子宫动脉化疗栓塞术联合清宫术治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)患者的围手术指标及疗效.方法:选取 2019 年 8 月至 2020 年 9 月本院收治的CSP 患者 106 例为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组(n = 57)例和对照组(n =49)例.观察组给予子宫动脉化疗栓塞术联合清宫术治疗,对照组给予清宫术治疗.对比两组临床疗效、各项围手术指标和并发症发生率.结果:观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组治疗后各项围手术指标均优于对照组(P<0.05).两组并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:相比传统清宫术,子宫动脉化疗栓塞术联合清宫术治疗CSP具有更明显的治疗效果,能有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,具有较高安全性.

Objective:To analyze the perioperative indexes and curative effect of uterine arterial chemoembolization combined with hysterectomy for cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods:A total of 106 CSP patients admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to September 2020 were selected as research subjects,and according to different treatment methods,they were divided into the observation group(n=57)and control group(n=49).The observation group better given uterine artery chemoembolization and uterine removal surgery,and the control group was given uterine removal surgery.The clinical effect,perioperative indexes and the incidence of complication of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The perioperative indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional curettage,uterine artery chemoembolization combined with curettage for CSP has more obvious therapeutic effect,can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the intraoperative bleeding,and has higher safety.
