摘要
应用型高校"金课"建设是其深化转型、实现内涵式发展的重要突破口.文章透过教育生态学视角,分析了应用型高校课程面临的生态位重叠度高、生态适应性较弱、关键生态因子不优等现实问题,并提出应用型高校应找准课程生态位,构建创新应用型课程体系;增强课程生态适应性,打造校地协同进化共同体;优化课程关键生态因子,建立高水平"双师型"师资队伍,多措并举助力应用型人才培养.
The construction of"golden course"in applied colleges and universities is an important breakthrough for deepening transformation and embedded development.Through the Lens of Ecology of Education,the course of applied colleges and universities are facing the real problems of high ecological overlap,weak ecological adaptability,and poor key ecological factors,which seriously impede the progress and strength of the construction of the"golden course".In order to solve the dilemma,applied colleges and universities should identify the ecological position of the curriculum,and build an innovative and applied curriculum system;enhance the ecological adaptability of the curriculum,and create a collaborative evolutionary community between the university and the local community;optimize the key ecological factors of the curriculum,and establish a high-level"dual-teacher"faculty,and contribute to the cultivation of applied talents by taking multiple measures.
