摘要
目的探讨组织创新氛围在护士信息素养与创新行为关系中的中介作用。方法通过便利整群抽样的方法选取某三级综合医院267名临床护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、护士创新行为量表、信息素养问卷和护士组织创新氛围量表进行调查。结果护士的创新行为与信息素养呈正相关(r=0.499,P<0.01)、与组织创新氛围呈正相关(r=0.360,P<0.01)。组织创新氛围在护士信息素养与创新行为水平间起部分中介作用,中介效应值占总效应的16.73%。结论信息素养可直接影响护士的创新行为,也可通过组织创新氛围对护士创新行为产生间接影响,护理管理者应积极营造组织创新氛围,提高护士的信息素养,提升其创新行为。
Objective To explore the mediate role of organizational innovation climate between information literacy and innovative be⁃havior among nurses.Methods The convenient cluster sampling method was used to select 267 clinical nurses in a tertiary general hospital as the research objects.They were investigated by the general information questionnaire,Nurse Innovative Behavior Scale,Information Literacy Questionnaire and Nurse Organizational Innovation Climate Scale.Results There were positive correlation between innovative behavior and in⁃formation literacy(r=0.499,P<0.01).Organizational innovation climate was positively correlated with innovative behavior(r=0.360,P<0.01).Organizational innovation climate played a mediating role between information literacy and innovative behavior,and the mediation effect value accounted for 16.73%of the total effect.Conclusion Information literacy can not only directly affect the innovative behavior of nurses,but also indirectly affect the innovative behavior of nurses through organizational innovation climate.Nursing managers should actively create a nurse organizational innovation climate to improve the information literacy and the innovative behavior of nurses.
