双歧杆菌三联活菌配合右旋糖酐铁治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血的效果及对患儿贫血相关指标的影响

Effect of Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Combined with Iron Dextran in the Treatment of Child Nutritional Iron Deficiency Anemia and Its Influence on Anemia Related Indexes in Children

目的探究双歧杆菌三联活菌联合右旋糖酐铁治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血的效果及对患儿贫血相关指标的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年6月济宁医学院附属金乡医院收治的82例营养性缺铁性贫血患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。对照组采用右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗,观察组采用双歧杆菌三联活菌配合右旋糖酐铁治疗,均持续治疗4周。对比两组患儿的临床疗效、贫血相关指标、症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的红细胞计数、血红蛋白、平均红细胞容积、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量分别为(4.52±0.28)×1012/L、(118.84±7.31)g/L、(81.72±6.13)fL、(28.88±2.65)pg,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的易疲倦、面色苍白蜡黄、食欲下降等症状的消失时间分别为(6.25±1.04)d、(6.04±1.12)d、(6.98±1.07)d,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌配合右旋糖酐铁治疗营养性缺铁性贫血患儿的效果显著,能有效调节贫血相关指标,加快临床症状消失,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of bifidobacterium triactive bacteria combined with iron dextran in the treatment of child nutritional iron deficiency anemia and its influence on related indexes of anemia in children.Methods 82 children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia admitted to Jinxiang Hospital Affiliated to Jining Medical College from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group(n=41)and an observation group(n=41)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with iron dextran oral solution,and the observation group was treated with bifidobacterium triactive bacteria combined with iron dextran.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,anemia-related indexes,the time of symptom disappearance and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than 75.61%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the red blood cell count,hemoglobin,mean red blood cell volume and mean red blood cell hemoglobin content in the observation group were(4.52±0.28)×1012/L,(118.84±7.31)g/L,(81.72±6.13)fL and(28.88±2.65)pg,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of fatigue,pale and yellow face,appetite loss and other symptoms in the observation group were(6.25±1.04)d,(6.04±1.12)d and(6.98±1.07)d,respectively,which were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium triactive bacteria combined with iron dextran can effectively regulate anemia-related indexes and accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms in the treatment of children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia,with high safety.
