中药封包加穴位贴敷干预对胸腰椎骨折术后腹胀便秘的影响

Effect of Chinese Medicine Encapsulation and Acupoint Application on Abdominal Distension and Constipation after Thoracolumbar Fracture

目的探讨中药封包加穴位贴敷干预对胸腰椎骨折术后腹胀便秘的影响。方法选择医院2020年1月—2022年12月收治的108例胸腰椎骨折术后腹胀便秘患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组(n=54)采用常规干预,观察组(n=54)则在常规干预的同时采用中药封包加穴位贴敷干预,比较两组干预效果,评估患者干预前后肠鸣音次数及腹胀症状评分,另采用便秘患者症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)评估便秘症状严重程度。结果观察组干预总有效率为96.30%,高于对照组的85.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组肠鸣音次数多于对照组,腹胀症状评分低于对照组,粪便性状、直肠症状及腹部症状评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胸腰椎骨折术后腹胀便秘患者采用中药封包加穴位贴敷干预效果确切,可促进胃肠蠕动,改善腹胀以及便秘症状,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine encapsulation and acupoint application on abdominal distension and constipation after thoracolumbar fracture.Methods 108 patients with abdominal distension and constipation after thoracolumbar fracture surgery admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group(n=54)was given routine intervention,while the observation group(n=54)was given TCM packet and acupoint application intervention in addition to routine intervention.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.The frequency of bowel sounds and abdominal distension symptom scores were evaluated before and after intervention,and the severity of constipation symptoms was evaluated by patient symptom Checklist(PAC-SYM).Results The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was 96.30%,higher than 85.19%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the number of bowel sounds in the observation group was more than that in the control group,the score of abdominal distension symptom was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of fecal characteristics,rectal symptoms and abdominal symptoms were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with abdominal distension and constipation after thoracolumbar fracture,the effect of Chinese medicine encapsulation and acupoint application is accurate,which can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis,improve abdominal distension and constipation symptoms,and is worth popularizing.
