摘要
目的探讨利格列汀与盐酸二甲双胍联合治疗初诊2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选择2021年7月-2023年4月龙口市第二人民医院收治的70例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用利格列汀与盐酸二甲双胍治疗。两组均持续治疗3个月。对比两组临床疗效、胰岛β细胞功能指标、血糖水平、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.43%,高于对照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(2.26±0.15),低于对照组的(3.39±0.22),稳态模型β细胞功能指数(48.81±2.51)高于对照组的(36.21±1.84),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平分别为(5.11±1.06)mmol/L、(7.04±1.01)mmol/L、(6.29±0.91)%,均低于对照组的(6.72±1.21)mmol/L、(8.03±1.32)mmol/L、(7.16±1.02)%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在初诊2型糖尿病中,使用利格列汀与盐酸二甲双胍联合治疗能够更好地改善患者的胰岛β细胞功能指标,调节血糖水平,且不良反应较少。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of linagliptin combined with metformin hydrochloride in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Longkou from July 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with linagliptin and metformin hydrochloride.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,islet β cell function index,blood glucose level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.43%,which was higher than 74.29%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the steady-state model insulin resistance index(2.26±0.15)in observation group was lower than(3.39±0.22)in control group,and the steady-state model β cell function index(48.81±2.51)was higher than(36.21±1.84)in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HBA1c in the observation group were(5.11±1.06)mmol/L,(7.04±1.01)mmol/L and(6.29±0.91)%,respectively,which were lower than(6.72±1.21)mmol/L,(8.03±1.32)mmol/L and(7.16±1.02)%in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes,the combination of ligagliptin and metformin hydrochloride can better improve islet beta cell function markers,regulate blood glucose levels,and have fewer adverse effects.
