八段锦康复训练辅助通督调神针法对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能、平衡功能及运动能力的影响

Effect of Baduanjin Rehabilitation Training Assisted Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture on Neurological Function,Balance Function and Motor Ability in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的探究八段锦康复训练辅助通督调神针法对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能、平衡功能及运动能力的影响.方法选择2021年8月—2023年2月我院收治的80例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组采用通督调神针法,观察组在对照组基础上采用八段锦康复训练.对比两组运动能力、神经功能、日常生活能力和平衡功能.结果干预后,观察组Fugl-Meyer运动量表上肢和下肢评分分别为(49.03±3.28)分、(30.44±3.23)分,均高于对照组的(39.67±3.14)分、(21.79±3.15)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表评分低于对照组,Barthel指数评分和Brunel平衡量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论八段锦康复训练辅助通督调神针法对缺血性脑卒中患者运动能力、平衡功能、神经功能及日常生活能力的提高具有显性作用.

Objective To explore the effect of Baduanjin rehabilitation training assisted Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture on neurological function,balance function and motor ability in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 80 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,and according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with Baduanjin rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The motor ability,neurological function,daily living ability and balance function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the upper limb and lower limb scores of Fugl-Meyer motor scale in the observation group were(49.03±3.28)points and(30.44±3.23)points,respectively,which were higher than(39.67±3.14)points and(21.79±3.15)points in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel index score and Brunel balance Scale score were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baduanjin rehabilitation training assisted Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture has a dominant effect on the improvement of motor ability,balance function,neurological function and activity of daily living in patients with ischemic stroke.
