益气活血化瘀方联合镜像神经元康复运动治疗在缺血性脑卒中运动功能障碍患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Prescription Combined with Mirror Neuron Rehabilitation Exercise Therapy in Ischemic Stroke Patients with Motor Dysfunction

目的研究益气活血化瘀方联合镜像神经元康复运动治疗在缺血性脑卒中运动功能障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月—2023年1月昆山市康复医院收治的110例缺血性脑卒中运动功能障碍患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组。对照组(n=55)采用镜像神经元康复运动治疗,观察组(n=55)在此基础上采用益气活血化瘀方治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、生化指标、肢体运动功能及日常生活能力。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.73%,高于对照组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组凝血酶原时间长于对照组,平均血小板体积、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的日常生活能力量表评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分分别为(86.24±7.83)分、(83.25±6.73)分,均高于对照组的(61.39±2.87)分、(69.14±5.28)分,综合痉挛量表评分为(10.13±1.67)分,低于对照组的(17.42±2.89)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血化瘀方联合镜像神经元康复运动治疗在缺血性脑卒中运动功能障碍患者中的应用效果较好,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Prescription combined with mirror neuron rehabilitation exercise therapy in ischemic stroke patients with motor dysfunction.Methods 110 ischemic stroke patients with motor dysfunction admitted to Kunshan Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method.The control group(n=55)were treated with mirror neuron rehabilitation exercise therapy,and the observation group(n=55)were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Prescription on this basis.The therapeutic effect,biochemical indexes,limb motor function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.73%,which was higher than 72.73%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the prothrombin time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the levels of mean platelet volume,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of Activities of Daily Living and Fugl-Meyer assessment in the observation group were(86.24±7.83)points and(83.25±6.73)points,respectively,which were higher than(61.39±2.87)points and(69.14±5.28)points in the control group,while the score of the Compopsite Spasticity Scale was(10.13±1.67)points,lower than(17.42±2.89)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Prescription combined with mirror neuron rehabilitation exercise therapy is good in ischemic stroke patients with motor dysfunction,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
