麻黄厚朴汤治疗病毒性肺炎的临床疗效观察

Effect of Mahuang Houpu Decoction on Patients with Viral Pneumonia

目的探究麻黄厚朴汤治疗病毒性肺炎的临床疗效.方法选取我院2022年1月—2022年12月收治的80例病毒性肺炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40).对照组采用磷酸奥司他韦胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用麻黄厚朴汤治疗.评估两组患者临床疗效、主要证候积分及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平.结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组肢体酸楚、头痛、鼻塞、口苦咽干评分分别为(0.82±0.53)分、(0.71±0.32)分、(0.67±0.25)分、(0.71±0.23)分,均低于对照组的(1.38±0.65)分、(1.22±0.61)分、(1.21±0.53)分、(1.43±0.41)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组血清CRP为(3.32±1.02)mg/L,低于对照组的(3.98±1.09)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用麻黄厚朴汤治疗病毒性肺炎的临床效果显著,能够有效减轻患者的肢体酸楚、头痛、鼻塞和口苦咽干症状,降低炎症水平.

Objective To explore the effect of Ephuang Hopu Decoction on patientswith viralpneumonia.Methods 80 viral pneumonia patients admitted in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate capsule,while the observation group was treated with Ephuang Hopu Decoction on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks.Clinical efficacy,primary syndrome score and CRP levels were assessed in both groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of limb soreness,headache,nasal congestion and dry mouth in the observation group were(0.82±0.53),(0.71±0.32),(0.67±0.25)and(0.71±0.23),which were lower than(1.38±0.65)points,(1.22±0.61)points,(1.21±0.53)points,(1.43±0.41)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum CRP level of the observation group was(3.32±1.02)mg/L,which was lower than that of the control group(3.98±1.09)mg/L,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Mahuang Houpu Decoction in patients with viral pneumonia is remarkable,which can effectively reduce the symptoms of limb soreness,headache,nasal congestion and dry mouth,and reduce the level of inflammation.
