辅酶Q10联合微生态制剂及西咪替丁治疗儿童过敏性紫癜合并心肌损伤的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Coenzyme Q10 Combined with Microecological Preparations and Cimetidine in the Treatment of Children with Anaphylactoid Purpura Complicated with Myocardial Injury

目的探讨辅酶Q10联合微生态制剂及西咪替丁治疗儿童过敏性紫癜合并心肌损伤的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月山东省枣庄市妇幼保健院收治的68例过敏性紫癜合并心肌损伤患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为单一组与联合组,各34例。单一组应用西咪替丁治疗,联合组在单一组基础上采用辅酶Q10联合微生态制剂治疗,对比分析两组治疗效果、症状消失时间、心肌损伤指标[肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌酶肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)]水平、免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果联合组治疗总有效率为97.06%,高于单一组的79.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组各项临床症状消失时间及住院时间均短于单一组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CK-MB、cTnT、IgA、IgM、IgG水平均低于治疗前,且联合组低于单一组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论辅酶Q10联合微生态制剂及西咪替丁治疗儿童过敏性紫癜合并心肌损伤的疗效确切,其不仅能够促进症状消失,还能减轻心肌损伤程度,改善免疫功能,安全性可靠。

Objective To investigate the effect of Coenzyme Q10 combined with microecological preparations and cimetidine in the treatment of children with anaphylactoid purpura complicated with myocardial injury.Methods 68 children with anaphylactoid purpura complicated with myocardial injury admitted to Shandong Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into single group and combined group according to double-blind method,with 34 cases in each group.The single group was treated with cimetidine,and the combined group was treated with coenzyme Q10 combined with microecological preparations on the basis of the single group.The therapeutic effect,symptom disappearance time,myocardial injury indexes[creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),myocardial enzyme troponin T(cTnT)],immune function indexes[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG)]and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 97.06%,higher than 79.41%of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of various clinical symptoms and hospitalization time in the combined group was shorter than that in the single group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CK-MB,cTnT,IgA,IgM,and IgG in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the single group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with anaphylactoid purpura complicated with myocardial injury,Coenzyme Q10 combined with microecological preparations and cimetidine have a definite effect,which can not only promote the disappearance of symptoms,but also reduce the degree of myocardial injury and improve immune function,and is safe and reliable.
