针灸配合中药熏蒸对老年膝骨性关节炎患者关节功能康复的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medicine Fumigation on Joint Function Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨针灸配合中药熏蒸对老年膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者关节功能康复的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月本院康复科收治的70例KOA患者为研究对象,按抛硬币法随机分为两组,每组35例。对照组采用中药熏蒸治疗,观察组在此基础上采用针灸治疗。比较两组患者的中医证候积分、关节功能、疼痛情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组的中医证候积分为(12.26±2.82)分,低于对照组的(17.95±3.42)分,美国特种外科医院膝关节评分为(82.72±7.40)分,高于对照组的(75.92±6.92)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗20、30 d后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分分别为(2.34±0.42)分、(1.05±0.24)分,均低于对照组的(3.43±0.76)分、(1.72±0.34)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗老年KOA,可改善患者的关节功能,减轻疼痛,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation on joint function rehabilitation of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 70 patients with KOA admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups by coin toss method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on this basis.The TCM symptom score,joint function,pain and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was(12.26±2.82)points,lower than(17.95±3.42)points of the control group,and the knee joint score of Hospital for Special Surgery was(82.72±7.40)points,higher than(75.92±6.92)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 20 and 30 days of treatment,the pain visual analogue scale scores of the observation group were(2.34±0.42)points and(1.05±0.24)points,respectively,which were lower than(3.43±0.76)points and(1.72±0.34)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,higher than 77.14%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of senile KOA can improve joint function and relieve pain,and the effect is remarkable.
