孟鲁司特钠联合微生态制剂对过敏性紫癜患儿免疫功能及症状消失时间的影响

Effect of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Microecological Preparations on Immune Function and Time to Disappearance of Symptoms in Children with Allergic Purpura

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合微生态制剂对过敏性紫癜患儿免疫功能及症状消失时间的影响.方法选取2018年9月—2022年8月本院收治的82例过敏性紫癜患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各41例.所有患者入院后均采用常规治疗措施,其中对照组在此基础上服用孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加用微生态制剂治疗,均连续用药1个月.对比两组临床疗效、免疫功能、症状消失时间及不良反应.结果治疗后,观察组总有效率85.37%高于对照组的65.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组免疫球蛋白A水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白G水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组的皮肤紫癜、腹痛、关节肿痛的消失时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗期间,所有患儿均未出现严重不良反应,仅有少数轻微症状,无需特殊处理可自行消退.结论孟鲁司特钠联合微生态制剂治疗过敏性紫癜患儿疗效确切,可提高机体免疫力,值得推广.

Objective To investigate the effect of montelukast sodium combined with microecological preparations on immune function and time to disappearance of symptoms in children with allergic purpura.Methods 82 cases of children with allergic purpura admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups of 41 cases each according to the random number table method.All patients received conventional treatment after admission,and the control group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group,and the observation group was treated with microecological agents on the basis of the control group.All patients were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,immune function,symptom disappearance time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group's total effective rate 85.37%was higher than control group's 68.85%,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group's Immunoglobulin A level was lower than control group's after treatment,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05),the comparison between two groups in immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin G levels was not statistical different(P>0.05).The observation group's disappearance time of skin purpura,abdominal pain and joint swelling pain was shorter than control group's with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).During the treatment period,no serious adverse reactions occurred in all children,and only a few mild symptoms,which could subside on their own without special treatment.Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with microecological preparations is effective in children with allergic purpura,and can improve the immunity of the body,which is worth promoting.
