个体化膳食营养护理干预对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能、营养状况及生活质量的影响

Effects of Individualized Dietary Nutrition Nursing Intervention on Renal Function,Nutritional Status and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

摘要 目的探讨个体化膳食营养护理干预对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能、营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法选取徐州市中医院2021年1月—2023年1月收治的76例慢性肾衰竭患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组38例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上采用个体化膳食营养护理干预。比较两组患者的肾功能、营养状况、饮食依从性及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的血肌酐、尿素氮、胱抑素C水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的综合性营养评估法评分为(9.36±2.68)分,低于对照组的(11.21±3.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的肾病饮食依从行为量表评分为(89.36±5.68)分,高于对照组的(73.21±4.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的生活质量综合评定问卷中物质生活、心理健康、社会功能、躯体健康评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾衰竭患者采用个体化膳食营养护理可延缓肾功能损伤,提升机体营养水平,提升规范饮食依从性,改善其生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effects of individualized dietary nutrition nursing intervention on renal function,nutritional status and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 76 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received individualized dietary nutrition nursing intervention on this basis.The renal function,nutritional status,dietary compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and cystatin C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the subjective global assessment score of the observation group was(9.36±2.68)points,which was lower than(11.21±3.52)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the renal adherence behavior questionnaire score of the observation group was(89.36±5.68)points,which was higher than(73.21±4.52)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of material life,mental health,social function and physical health in the World Health Organization quality of life-BREF scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized dietary nutrition nursing for patients with chronic renal failure can delay the damage of renal function,improve the nutritional level,enhance the compliance with standardized diet,and improve their quality of life.
