中医护理对突发性耳聋患者眩晕、耳鸣及负性情绪的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Vertigo,Tinnitus and Negative Emotions in Patients with Sudden Deafness

目的探讨中医护理在突发性耳聋患者中的应用价值.方法选择2019年8月—2021年8月兰州新区第一人民医院收治的80例突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例.两组均接受常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医护理,两组均护理14 d.对比分析两组眩晕症状、耳鸣症状、负性情绪、睡眠质量以及护理满意度.结果护理前,两组眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)评分、耳鸣残疾评估量表(THI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组DHI评分、THI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组,护理满意度95.00%高于对照组的77.50%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医护理可有效改善突发性耳聋患者的眩晕、耳鸣症状,缓解其不良情绪,提高其睡眠质量,且患者能够获得较高的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with sudden deafness.Methods 80 patients with sudden deafness admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Lanzhou New Area from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment,on this basis,the control group received routine nursing,the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the control group,and both groups received nursing for 14 days.The vertigo symptoms,tinnitus symptoms,negative emotions,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score,tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,selfrating depression scale(SDS)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score in the two groups are compared,and the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the DHI score,THI score,SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively improve the symptoms of vertigo and tinnitus in patients with sudden deafness,relieve their negative emotions,improve their sleep quality,and patients can obtain high nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
