针对性护理结合呼吸功能训练在呼吸衰竭患者治疗期间的应用

Application of Targeted Nursing Combined with Respiratory Function Training in the Treatment of Patients with Respiratory Failure

目的探讨呼吸衰竭患者治疗期间采用针对性护理结合呼吸功能训练的效果.方法选择该院2020年1—12月收治的呼吸衰竭患者120例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为采用常规护理的对照组(n=60)与采用针对性护理结合呼吸功能训练的研究组(n=60).比较两组护理前后的各项肺功能指标、血气指标及康复指标,并统计两组住院期间的并发症发生情况.结果研究组护理后的各项肺功能指标均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,研究组的动脉血氧分压高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的呼吸功能恢复时间及住院时间分别为(4.37±1.42)d、(9.58±2.20)d,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的18.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论呼吸衰竭患者治疗期间采用针对性护理结合呼吸功能训练,有利于改善其肺功能与血气指标,加快患者的康复进程,降低并发症发生风险,值得推广.

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing combined with respiratory function training during the treatment of patients with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 120 patients with respiratory failure admitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group using conventional nursing(n=60)and the research group using targeted nursing combined with respiratory function training(n=60).The lung function indexes,blood gas indexes and rehabilitation indexes of the two groups were compared before and after nursing,and the incidence of complications during hospitalization of the two groups were counted.Results The lung function indexes of the study group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the arterial blood oxygen partial pressure in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of respiratory function and hospital stay in the study group were(4.37±1.42)d and(9.58±2.20)d,respectively,shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.33%,lower than 18.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with respiratory failure,targeted nursing combined with respiratory function training is beneficial to improve their lung function and blood gas indicators,accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients,and reduce the risk of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
