康复运动、微波理疗联合空气波压力泵对于乳腺癌患者术后康复效果的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Exercise, Microwave Physiotherapy Combined with Air Wave Pressure Pump on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Breast Cancer Patients

目的探讨康复运动、微波理疗联合空气波压力泵对于乳腺癌患者术后康复效果的影响.方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月于该院行乳腺癌根治术患者92例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组46例.对照组接受康复运动训练,研究组在此基础上应用微波理疗联合空气波压力泵干预.比较两组的前臂肿胀程度、上臂肿胀程度、肩关节水平外展度、向上外展度、内收肌力、术后并发症情况及生活质量.结果干预后,两组的前臂与上臂肿胀程度均轻于干预前,且研究组的前臂肿胀程度与上臂肿胀程度均轻于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,两组的肩关节活动度与内收肌力均大于干预前,且研究组肩关节水平外展度、向上外展度与内收肌力均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的术后并发症发生率为4.35%,较对照组的19.57%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,两组的生命质量测定量表(functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast,FACT-B)评分均高于干预前,且研究组的FACT-B评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复运动、微波理疗联合空气波压力泵可以有效提高乳腺癌患者术后康复效果,降低并发症发生率,保障生活质量.

Objective To explore the effects of rehabilitation exercise,microwave physiotherapy combined with air wave pressure pump on postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer patients.Methods 92 patients who underwent radical mastectomy for breast cancer in this hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,each with 46 cases.The control group received rehabilitation exercise training,and the study group applied microwave physiotherapy combined with air wave pressure pump intervention on this basis.The degree of forearm swelling,upper arm swelling,horizontal abduction of shoulder joint,upward abduction,adductor strength,postoperative complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the forearm and upper arm swelling of the two groups were lighter than before the intervention,and the forearm swelling degree and the upper arm swelling degree of the study group were lighter than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the shoulder joint mobility and adductor strength of the two groups were greater than before the intervention,and the horizontal abduction,upward abduction and adductor strength of the shoulder joint in the study group were greater than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the study group was 4.35%,which was lower than 19.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the FACT-B scores of the two groups were higher than before the intervention,and the functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast scale scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise,microwave physiotherapy combined with air wave pressure pump can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of breast cancer patients,reduce the probability of complications,and ensure the quality of life.
