家庭康复护理对自闭症患儿社会交往障碍的影响

Influence of Home Rehabilitation Nursing on Social Communication Disorders of Children with Autism

目的探析自闭症患儿采用家庭康复护理对其社会交往障碍的影响.方法以2019年7月-2020年6月该院收治的70例自闭症患儿为研究对象,依据随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组.对照组35例患儿采用常规护理,观察组35例患儿采用家庭康复护理,对比分析两组护理效果及护理前后社会交往障碍评分、生活质量评分.结果观察组的护理总有效率为97.14%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理后的社会交往障碍评分为(53.27±10.35)分,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理后的机体健康、情感职能、认知功能、精神状态评分分别为(72.65±6.58)分、(71.49±6.47)分、(71.34±6.51)分、(72.02±6.27)分,均显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论自闭症患儿采用家庭康复护理的效果更加理想,有助于改善患儿社会交往障碍,提高其生活质量,值得进一步推广应用.

Objective To analyze the influence of family rehabilitation nursing for children with autism on their social communication barriers.Methods 70 children with autism admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random lottery method.35 children in the control group received routine nursing,and 35 children in the observation group received home rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect,social communication barrier score and the quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of social communication disorder after nursing in the observation group was(53.27±10.35)points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of body health,emotional function,cognitive function,and mental state of the observation group after nursing were(72.65±6.58)points,(71.49±6.47)points,(71.34±6.51)points,and(72.02±6.27)points,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of home rehabilitation nursing for children with autism is more ideal,which helps to improve the children's social communication barriers and the quality of life.It is worthy of further promotion and application.
