骨科康复治疗在脊柱脊髓损伤术后患者中的临床应用效果观察

Observation of the Clinical Application Effect of Orthopedic Rehabilitation Therapy in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

目的分析脊柱脊髓损伤术后患者采用骨科康复治疗的临床效果.方法将该院2018年2月-2021年1月收治的40例脊柱脊髓损伤术后患者纳入研究,按照患者入院顺序以随机卡片双盲抽签法分为两组,各20例.对照组采用常规康复干预,观察组采用骨科康复治疗.对比分析两组患者的脊髓功能、生活自理能力及生活质量.结果治疗后,两组患者的轻触觉、针刺觉及运动功能评分均较各组治疗前显著升高,且观察组的轻触觉、针刺觉及运动功能评分均比对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者的Barthel指数评分、健康调查简表(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)评分均较各组治疗前显著升高,且观察组的Barthel指数评分、SF-36评分均比对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脊柱脊髓损伤患者术后接受有效的骨科康复治疗,可获得较好的脊柱脊髓功能恢复效果,促进患者术后生活自理能力恢复,也可改善其术后生活质量.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of orthopedic rehabilitation in patients with spinal cord injury after surgery.Methods 40 postoperative patients with spinal cord injury admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to January 2021 were selected for the study.According to the order of admission,they were divided into two groups by random card double-blind drawing,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was treated with orthopedic rehabilitation.The spinal cord function,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the scores of light touch,acupuncture sensation and motor function of the two groups were significantly higher than those of each group before treatment,and the light touch,acupuncture sensation and motor function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Barthel index scores and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)scores of the two groups of patients were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the Barthel index score and SF-36 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective orthopedic rehabilitation therapy for patients with spinal cord injury can obtain better spinal cord function recovery effects,promote the recovery of postoperative self-care ability of patients,and improve their postoperative quality of life.
