妇炎康复胶囊联合益母草软胶囊对药物流产后患者康复效果的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Fuyan Kangfu Capsule Combined with Motherwort Soft Capsule on Rehabilitation after Medical Abortion

目的分析妇炎康复胶囊联合益母草软胶囊对药物流产后患者的康复作用.方法选取本院2019年10月—2020年10月进行药物流产的患者86例,随机分为两组,每组43例.对照组采用益母草软胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用妇炎康复胶囊治疗,均用药1周.对比两组的临床效果与患者流产后性激素水平和康复情况.结果观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的阴道出血持续时间、月经恢复时间及腹痛总时间为(8.29±1.22)d、(31.52±4.28)d、(4.89±1.03)d,均短于对照组的(11.25±2.04)d、(36.54±4.85)d、(6.24±1.15)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的孕酮、促绒毛膜激素水平低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论妇炎康胶囊联合益母草软胶囊可加快药物流产患者的机体康复,纠正性激素异常,缩短月经恢复.

Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of Fuyan Kangfu Capsule combined with Motherwort Soft Capsule on patients after medical abortion.Methods A total of 86 patients women who underwent medical abortion in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Motherwort Soft Capsule,and the observation group was treated with Fuyan Kangfu Capsule on the basis of the control group,both for 1 week.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and the levels of sex hormones and rehabilitation of patients women after abortion were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of vaginal bleeding,menstrual recovery time and total abdominal pain time in the observation group were(8.29±1.22)d,(31.52±4.28)d,(4.89±1.03)d,all shorter than those in the control group(11.25±2.04)d,(36.54±4.85)d,(6.24±1.15)d,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of progesterone and chorionic stimulating hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of estradiol were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuyan Kangfu Capsules combined with Motherwort Soft Capsules can speed up the physical recovery of patients women with medical abortion,correct abnormal sex hormones,and shorten the recovery of menstruation.
