中医外治护理联合康复训练对老年膝骨性关节炎疼痛评分、膝关节功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Chinese External Therapy Nursing Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Pain Score, Knee Joint Function and Quality of Life in Elderly Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨中医外治护理联合康复训练对老年膝骨性关节炎患者疼痛评分、膝关节功能及生活质量的影响.方法选取该院2020年1月—2021年3月收治的120例老年膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例.所有患者均采用常规护理,在此基础上,对照组采用康复训练,观察组采用中医外治护理联合康复训练.对比两组的护理效果及护理前后的疼痛程度评分、膝关节功能评分、生活质量评分.结果观察组的护理总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,两组的疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、日本骨科协会(Japanese orthopaedic association JOA)评分均较护理前有所改善,且观察组的VAS评分显著低于对照组,JOA评分显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,两组的各项生活质量评分均高于护理前,且观察组的各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论老年膝骨性关节炎患者采用中医外治护理联合康复训练的临床效果显著,可改善患者膝关节功能并减轻疼痛程度,提高生活质量.

Objective To investigate the effect of TCM external nursing combined with rehabilitation training on pain score,knee function and quality of life of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected for the study,and were divided into an observation and a control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.All patients were treated with conventional nursing,on the basis,the control group was treated with rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with TCM external treatment nursing combined with rehabilitation training.The nursing effect and the pain degree score,knee function score and quality of life score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 81.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Ater nursing the visual analogue scale(VAS)and the Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)scores of both groups were improved compared with before nursing,and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the JOA score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM external treatment nursing combined with rehabilitation training in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis is effective,and can improve the function of the knee joint and reduce the degree of pain and improve the quality of life.
