针药结合在冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后康复中的应用效果

Application Effect of Acupuncture and Medicine in Rehabilitation after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Therapy for Coronary Heart Disease

目的探析针药结合在冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后康复中的应用效果.方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月于该院就诊的冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者84例为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组42例.两组患者均采用常规康复治疗,研究组患者联合中医针药治疗,比较两组患者的康复效果.结果比较两组的临床康复总有效率,研究组的95.24%高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的胸闷、胸痛、气短、乏力等中医症状评分,两组治疗前各项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的各项评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的各项生活质量,治疗前两组各项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的各项心功能指标,治疗前两组各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的各项心功能指标均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针药结合在冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后康复中的应用效果较好,能改善患者临床症状及心功能,提高其生活质量,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the application effect of acupuncture and medicine in the rehabilitation of coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods A total of 84 patients after percutaneous coronary intervention for coronary heart disease who were treated in this hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were treated with conventional rehabilitation,and patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture and medicine.The rehabilitation effects of patients in both groups were compared.Results Comparing the total effective rate of clinical rehabilitation between the two groups,95.24%of the study group was higher than 80.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the scores of TCM symptoms such as chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath,and fatigue between the two groups,there was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the quality of life of the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the heart function indexes of the two groups,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the heart function indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and medicine has a good effect in the rehabilitation of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention therapy,which can improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function of patients,and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of popularization and application.
